We ship worldwide, where swords are allowed to enter, by USPS, ASENDIA, Canada Post or EMS (Post China). According to your address, we optimize the shipment by analyzing our inventories, estimating shipping cost and delivery speed either from Canada, USA or from China. We inspect and re-pack the sword and fill up empty space inside the carton box to make it sturdy enough for distant transportation.
All parcels are traceable and shipped when full payment is received. We send you an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation where the courier and the tracking number will be included when your order is shipped.
The order cannot be cancelled or changed in all cases once it has been shipped. Most orders will be shipped immediately from our warehouses. However to avoid disappointment, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery to USA, Canada, Australia, West Europe and 2 – 6 weeks to other countries, considering shipping bad weather conditions, peak traffic season and random customs inspection. If you purchase with a strict deadline for a birthday presentation or other time sensitive event, we recommend contacting us prior to purchase.
Please make sure your address is correct and deliverable, e.g. P. O. Boxes that is big enough to hold a long parcel. We also need your phone number in case Customs contact you to verify your ID or in case postman calls you at delivery, but in many cases a notice will be left on your door for re-delivery or pickup. Customs like Brazil and Mexico may need receivers’ social ID number to verify their identity or permit to possess a sword. We will require a signature upon delivery for most parcels to ensure smooth delivery.
Prior to submitting your payment information, shipping cost is automatically calculated according to the combine discount, cubic weigh and shipping destination. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to Checkout where actual shipping cost will be displayed.
If you have our website account, you can check your order status online under My Account or in your email account. If you do not have an account, you can also place an order via email or phone.
Tracking result will be created when the courier receives and scan the parcel. It will remain un-updated for days until it arrives in destination country. As the sword is classified as a cold weapon in many countries, it is often handed over to Customs for inspection. Delivery may take a few more days than normal. When it is finally released to local courier for delivery, at this point the tracking result will be refreshed. It is always updated a couple of hours later than the actual location of parcel.
We are not responsible for any VAT, customs duty, import taxes, brokerage or other customs related fees if applied. Customs should not charge import taxes on shipping cost. If customs overcharged you for clearance, you can claim back the balance by submitting the airway bill to customs office included in the plastic bag attached onto the parcel. You can also request commercial invoice from us if you need it.
